Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the remote gambling services made available via the website onlywin-bet.ca (the "Website"), as described and reviewed on Only Win. Account Registration

User obligations

  • Single account: You may open only one Account with Only Win. Multiple accounts, including accounts opened using different email addresses, devices, or identities, may be closed and any Bonuses voided. Real-money balances associated with duplicate accounts may be withheld where fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • Password and security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out through your Account. You must:
    • choose a strong password and change it periodically;
    • not share your credentials with any third party or allow them to use your Account;

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General rules for placing Bets

  • Game rules: Each Game available on the Website is governed by specific rules and payout tables supplied by the Operator or its third-party game providers. By placing a Bet, you accept the rules of the relevant Game as displayed within the Game interface or help sections.
  • Stake limits: Every Game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which may be adjusted by the Operator without prior notice to reflect risk management or regulatory considerations. You are responsible for checking limits before placing a Bet.
  • Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted when it is recorded by the Operator's servers and appears in your Game or Account history. Technical issues and game malfunctions

  • Interruption: If your connection is interrupted after a Bet is placed but before the Game is completed, the outcome will be determined by the Operator's systems based on the actual result recorded on the server. In such cases, the final and official result will be reflected in your balance when you reconnect.
  • Malfunction: In the event of a Game malfunction or software error, all affected Bets and payouts may be voided. Stakes may be refunded to your Real Money Balance, and any winnings arising directly from the malfunction may be cancelled.

Conduct in live casino and chats

  • Respectful behaviour: You must treat live dealers, support staff, and other players with respect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
    • insults, threats, harassment, or bullying;
    • hate speech, discrimination, or offensive language based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected grounds;
    • spamming, advertising, or promoting other services or websites.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: Any attempt to cheat the Website, manipulate Games, collude with other players, exploit software bugs, use automated tools (bots), or engage in arbitrage or advantage play that violates Game rules is forbidden. Bonus Terms

General bonus conditions
